I have been going to the surgery for many years, all the doctors and nurses are wonderfull. The reception staff are always helpful and try to get you an appointment or a telephone call back. I have been seen by Hazel D'Alvarez and Sarah Brown both are really lovely ladies and wonderful nurses.

I don't visit the surgery that often ,but when I do ,I always seem to get seen at the appointment time ,and I am never rushed through the appointment which I appreciate .

Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to all members of staff , when phoning for an appointment they try their best to accomedate your wishes on one occasion they phoned me back to offer me an appointment as someone had cancelled . They are always pleasent when dealing with patients THANKYOU Dr Rugless is avery calm straight talking Dr she listened to me discribe the symptoms l have and explained various things it could be ,not dismissing the reality that l experience. She has calm reassuring manner which puts one at ease a quality that cannot be taught but is rearley possesed .Thankyou. EverLast if not least the Surgery Nurses I was feeling rotten, but as we all do thought maybe l will just see if the nurse can see me not wanting to take up a Drs time . Firstly spoke to the receptionist who said the nurses where fully booked she spoke to the nurses who said she would call me ,she did and said although it would be later that day she would see me ,from the time of entering her treatment room l could not been treated any differently to a private patient in any hospital.l knew l had not felt well but this nurse sprang into action examing it seemed every thing .l was given steroids which the nurse immediately checked with a doctor to see if the medications l am one would in any way react badly to the medication being prescribed .unfourtunatly l was not much improved after a week again l got an appointment with Nurse Joan well,l may not have been feeling great but l n

I just want to thank the reception staff who have always done their utmost to get my family in to see a doctor or to help me with repeat prescriptions etc. this is an extremely busy surgery in a very densely populated area and unfortunately there are issues with getting appointments or through on the phone, however I can honestly say that the reception staff do their very best to help get me the attention I need and that the Doctors/ Nurses do their very best to see us as soon as possible and I always get called back when they say they will - Thank you

Older people find change more difficult to adjust to but, I have found that, when I have an appointment now I don't have to wait very long to see doctor.
